Do you need technical support? Do you have problems with our software? Or do you have special questions about creating your Drudix photo book? No problem for our hotline!
First of all you should take a look at our FAQ. Maybe there's already a solution for your problem.
The best and easiest way is for you to send us your concern to the e-mail adress available for this purpose. Here you can reach us any time. We will respond within a few hours during our regular working time. On weekends it can take a bit longer. To do so click on the following link: hotline@drudix.com.
If you want to use our telephone hotline, you can contact us at the number 09641 - 921555 (at landline charges). Here our hotline employees will advise you free of charge Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
If one of our employees is not able to answer your questions, you will be forwarded to another one, of course.
We make sure that you will succeed in creating your own photo book.
