Drudix photo books - FAQ (Drudix Book Designer)
After signing up in the Drudix Book Designer you can send us your design via the internet or by post (on a CD).
Hint: You will need an internet connection for signing up in any case.
For transferring your design via internet a DSL connection is required, because you need to send large files. If you don't have a DSL connection, you will have to send us your design on a CD.
The delivery time for a Drudix photo book is generally approx. between 4 and 8 workdays. It depends on what kind of binding you have chosen. Because quality is Drudix's top priority, unfortunately our photo books can't be delivered faster due to their complex manufacturing process and detailed quality check.
Higher waiting times will only occur at peak times. But in this case you will be informed on our welcome page in time.
Yes, the Drudix Book Designer my be hand down for free in general. Disassembling and decompiling of the software is not allowed. Also see our general terms and conditions and license agreement.

If you use the Drudix Book Designer with Windows Vista, a program crash can occur while updating. If the problem appears, download the Drudix Book Designer again and install it.
You are able to install the new version without uninstalling the previous version. This problem is fixed with the version 2.7.1.
Alternatively you can run the Drudix Book Designer as administrator, if doing so the problem won't appear either.
The problem at updating can also appear possibly with Windows XP, if your user account has no administration rights.
