Your book will be processed with higher priority in the whole production. Thus, the delivery time can be reduced noticeable.
Your book will be sorted in smaller lots and printed before the regular production. At all production centers, the special treatment will be pointed out.
All books, whose data arrive us at working days until 3:00 am, shall be noted to the parcel service latest at 75 hours later for pickup. The delivery may then take further 1,5 days.
If quality problems appear and a reprint takes place, the delivery time can extend. Although, a temporal advantage will be achieved in comparsion to a normal order.
We rebate 50% of the book price, if the allocation for pickup does not take place 4 working days after the placing of the order. The amount refunded will be sent by e-mail as voucher for future orders.
